By engaging the services of Bimini Travel Concierge, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Role as Travel Advisor
Bimini Travel Concierge acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and insurance companies.
Bimini Travel Concierge does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Supplier Policies
All travel arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the individual suppliers. This includes cancellation policies, refund policies, change fees, and schedule modifications.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding supplier terms prior to confirming bookings.
Changes, Cancellations & Delays
Bimini Travel Concierge is not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations, delays, overbookings, mechanical issues, weather events, government restrictions, labor disputes, or other events beyond its control.
Any refunds are subject solely to supplier policies.
Travel Documentation
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper documentation for travel, including valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation.
Bimini Travel Concierge is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.
Travel Insurance
Travel protection is strongly recommended. Clients who decline travel protection assume full responsibility for any financial loss due to cancellation, interruption, or unforeseen events.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bimini Travel Concierge shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
